Giggles’ has operated at the Minnesota State Fair, one of the largest events in North America, since the company was established in 2000. The “Great Minnesota Get-Together” as it’s affectionately referred to by loyal Minnesotans attracts upwards of 1.8 million people during its annual 12-day run. Giggles’ Campfire Grill serves classic, made-from-scratch Minnesota dishes, craft beer and more to 100,000+ fairgoers each year. Additionally, the Campfire Grill hosts more than 40 public and private events throughout the duration of the year.

WALLEYE CAKES

Two cakes made with walleye, smoked salmon, wild rice, crispy bread crumbs and fresh herbs. Served with our zesty north woods dipping sauce. Our best-selling dish at the Minnesota State Fair! Featured on ABC’s The View.

WALLEYE FRIES

Delicious strips of walleye coated with seasoned our, dipped in a freshly whipped egg and crispy crumb breading, then fried to a golden brown and served with our homemade fresh herb-and-lemon tartar sauce.

DUCK BACON WONTONS

Duck bacon, grilled sweet corn and cream cheese are combined inside a crescent-shaped wonton and deep-fried to a crunchy, crispy golden brown. Each serving of five is served with Giggles’ homemade sauce.

NORTHWOODS SALAD ON A STICK

Three fresh tomato, mozzarella and basil skewers atop a spring green and wild rice salad drizzled with balsamic glaze.

SMOKED SALMON ON A STICK

Fresh Atlantic Salmon marinated in our homemade molasses brine, then hot-smoked on a stick and served chilled. Accompanied by rye crackers topped with cream cheese, zesty roasted raspberry chipotle sauce and sweet onions.

WALLEYE SANDWICH

Seasoned strips of walleye, breaded and deep-fried. Served on a fresh roll with Havarti dill cheese, lettuce, tomato and our fresh herb-and-lemon tartar sauce.

ELK BURGER

A 1/3-pound elk meat burger, grilled and served on a fresh bun with cheddar cheese. Made just for Giggles’ with 85% elk meat and 15% Kobe beef.

SMOKED SALMON WRAP

Fresh-smoked salmon in a whole wheat wrap with cream cheese, zesty raspberry chipotle sauce, fresh peppers, sweet onions and mixed greens.

JUMBO BBQ PORK SANDWICH

A half-pound portion of hickory slow-smoked pork, smoked fresh daily and served with our special zesty BBQ sauce.
